Jiaxin Zhang is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Radiology and the Image Sciences Institute at University Medical Center Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Background

Jiaxin Zhang was born in China and received her bachelor's degree in Intelligent Medical Engineering from Tianjin University. In 2023, she moved to the Netherlands, where she obtained her master's degree in Medical Imaging from Utrecht University. Her current research focuses on developing segmentation models across different imaging modalities for intracranial arteries and aneurysms using CTA, MRA, and 4D Flow MRI, as well as quantitative hemodynamic analysis using 4D Flow MRI.
